hey folks! guess what! i got a job!!! yay!!! : )

starting Nov 1 i will be known as programme assistant! that's right dudes! i am no longer slacker bug or jobless bug! heh heh! my working place is at the coolest spot in the entire singapore ; ) it's right behind my block! hee!!

i am super excited to start this job. seems interesting (note i said 'seems')! Bugz have the same job (at another branch) so she's now my collegue! buddy! din expect things will turn out this way yea?! wow! really man. i really really believe in that saying "things happen for a reason".

i always thought i made lotsa wrong decisions in life but maybe it's actually God who's guiding me after all! sure a lot of crappy things have happened, making it seems like my life is forever doomed, but ..... ! God is super great! He has so many things planned for me! underneath all those nonsense i've been thru, haha yea there's some good stuff there. really good stuff. all i needed to do was endure those crap and look towards the end! because i truly believe everything happens for a (good) reason. so looking back at that heathrow incident, maybe God just wanted to protect me from something. haha maybe i will get beaten up by some racist english brats? haha nah it's probably so that i'll come back home and get this job that i wanted!

Hi guys! sorry for the super slow update. before anyone gets excited i have news that will probably make a loooot of people hate / dislike / murder me. ok. here we go. *gulp*

yea that's rite. i am rite here at home in singapore. oookaay i hear lots of WHAT THE HELL and IS THIS A JOKE?!.

guys im really really really sorry. i know it's only been a week. i wanted to tell earlier but im so scared. i know there are those who even took half day (joyce! Bug! cash!), those who are late for their school stuff (victor! kevin!) etc just to come down to see me off. i feel like i've cheated everyone's feelings!! im terribly sorry everyone! *big IDIOT sign pointing to my head*

the reason im back isnt by choice. i was detained and questioned by the customs officer once i reached Heathrow. I was only released after being interrogated for about 9, 10 hours! In the end they thought i was not a "genuine tourist", that i was there to find work and earn their money (-_-). probably cuz A) i was there to stay for quite a while B) i didnt have much cash with me (i told them of cuz i wont carry so much cash with me, i have relatives and friends there so i transfered some money over) C) i carried lots of stuff with me (probably think i want to settle down there).

it was a nightmare man! the people there are sooo rude! they probably thought i brought a bomb with me cuz really, the way they checked my luggage, they took out every single item in my bag and asked about every item. and the way they questioned, they made me look like an idiot / poor bugger who cant afford anything!!! *imitate british accent* "How did you get the money to buy your air tix?" "How can you afford it when you're not working?" Savings you dumbass! and then there's the ... "Where do you intend to go in London?" and when i told her one of the places i woudl wanna go is Madame Tussaud "What's there in Madame Tussaud? What's there to see?" Wax statue. "Wax statue of who?" Of famous people you idiot!!! Oh my god. and so on.... and on... for a long long time. *pulls hair apart*

but i think in the end it was still my fault cuz i shouldnt have bring so many things, should just bring tons of cash and shove it at that cocky British Indian person's face (did you know 80% of those working in HEathrow are British Indians? And they are soooo arrogant! what's up with that man?! i really have a terrible impression of them... all of them!! dun care if they''re innocent or not!!) and most importantly should have never go there. i really really learn my lesson and i will support all Asian countries economy first, will only go ang moh country if i have a looooot of excess money OR im done touring asia.

guys. im really sorry. really really. all your time wasted on that morning. T_T and all your money buying stuff for me. i swear all your gifts they're all still in good condition! really! they're all still in their nice plastic bags. so i will definitely give it back to everyone soon ok? except vincent's chocolates. i ate all of them up :P sorry sis (am i still your adik after this?? >_<)!

wahh had a busy busy day. went to meet the other Bug to settle our joint account thingy (we set one up before our India trip) during lunch. turns out we cant close the account cuz we both din bring our ICs. doh! feel so guilty. cuz if ever the bank manage to transfer her money to that joint account (we both wanted to force ourselves to save up so it like auto transfer our money from our individual ac to the joint one) she wont get to take it out. to withdraw money, they need both of us to be present. so if im not around ... that's it lah! sorry Bug!! i wish i thought of settling this thing earlier!! >_<

er anyway went to Werkz to get my leftover pay. another heavy feeling once i left the office. it's funny cuz i only knew the people at werkz recently (two months back?) yet i feel superly attached to them... eee guuuys! i miss everyone!

yesterday a group of us met for dinner. was really really good. but somehow feels so much more harder to leave them. you know, i miss the Lumos people the most! funny huh cuz im not really thinking of my poly / sec sch friends (except you Bug :D ) tho i know them much longer than the Lumos gang. bias rite (sorry friends!)? cant help it tho. it's probably cuz we bonded so much during our trip, i feel like i know them forever...

nvm. it's only 6 months. 6 months isnt too long rite? rite. rite.
